Is there a state in the US that is generally sunny throughout most of the year but is not necessarily hot? I don’t how to explain it. Like sunny weather with 60 degrees or 70 degrees? Obviously there would be a few days where it would be really hot or really cold. I guess this is sort of like New York but recently NY has been really rainy and super hot (fuck you global warming). I would prefer heavily urbanized states..
